For heat treatment processes in the defense and aviation industry, thermocouples with special error limits specified in the AMS2750 standard must be used. SAT and TUS tests are especially important in heat treatment systems. Our company produces many special-sized temperature sensors in accordance with the AMS2750 standard.

Anti-Condensation Fan Heaters are designed in accordance with military standards to perform the condensation prevention function in the closed environment where they are installed. E-YO-100 Anti-Condensation Fan Heater System consists of 1 Control Unit (E-RHT-100-YO) and 2 Fan Heaters (EYOI-100-500-FI). Fan Heaters are controlled using artificial intelligence according to the measured humidity and temperature values to prevent condensation.
There are high temperature resistant Thermocouple element cables used in SAT and TUS tests. Thermocouple connectors are used to prevent measurement errors at the connection point of the thermocouple cable to the cable. The connection ends of the connectors are manufactured from the element wire alloys of the thermocouple used.

Calibration solutions for all companies performing heat treatment in the aviation, space and defense industry sectors are included in the AMS 2750 document. The calibration devices needed to complete the requirements indicated in this document and our accredited calibration center, which is organized by the Turkish Accreditation Agency (TURKAK) according to TS EN ISO/ IEC 17025 standards, provide solutions to users. As it is known, TURKAK is a member of the European Cooperation for Accreditation (EA). Thermocouples, resistance thermometers and electrical temperature measurement devices can be calibrated with low measurement uncertainties. Calibration service can be provided by Elimko Calibration Laboratory or at your facility.
